8. Account Suspension, Banning & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate, ban, or suspend Your account and access credentials without prior notice or liability if You breach these Terms and Conditions or our security policies.

Accounts engaged in phishing, malware distribution, deceptive URL shortening, automated abuse, or security circumvention will be permanently banned. Upon banning, all active sessions are revoked, and all shortened links, redirect routes, and associated content are permanently deleted without compensation or refund for unused credits.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account voluntarily, You may request account deletion through our support channels.

9. Governing Law
